Services ITPL specializes in the repair and rehabilitation of RCC structures, waterproofing, plumbing, painting, restoration, and related construction services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Client Responsibilities Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding project specifications and to cooperate with ITPL personnel. Any delays caused by incorrect information or failure to cooperate may result in additional charges.
Pricing and Payment Prices for our services will be provided in advance. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work, with the balance due upon completion.
Project Timeline While ITPL aims to complete projects on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, labour strikes, or delays from suppliers.
Warranties ITPL provides warranties on workmanship as specified in the service agreement. Warranty terms may vary based on the type of service provided.
Liability ITPL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
Confidentiality All client information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai Jurisdiction.
Amendments ITPL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
